Quick with the young and patient with the older customers. Clean, friendly staff and can get a lot of laundry done quickPosted on Google
Joanna Hidalgo1 days agoIt had been 4 months since my water at home got shut off and I was unable to wash my laundry. For only $11 I was able to wash all 10 loads and they were all dried for under $2. The attendant, Nakiya E., was courteous, helpful, and seemed happy to answer my questions. This facility is very clean, has lots of washers and a wall of dryers, with plenty of parking, and even a pot of coffee for your enjoyment. You're able to use the baskets out in the parking lot too so you can unload and load your laundry from your car without a hassle. I plan to return to the Laundry Lounge and recommend it to anyone who has to use a laundromat.Posted on Google

We came on a Monday but learned that the smaller washers are discounted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On this particular day I witnessed a new employee, Nakiya assist an older gentleman with questions and now considering using the wash and fold or even the delivery services. Thanks for being clean and having machines that are well maintained.Posted on Google

Colorado Honey208 days agoOkay, this place is as good as it looks. Clean, machines all worked great(not ok, great!) and the staff was amazing! Everyone of them were friendly and helpful. I came in with my king size blankets and one of the lovely women helped me fold them. The young man whom was helpful from the time I came in even offered me a reusable laundry bag on the house! This was my first time here but it won’t be my last! You all made a returning customer! This group of professionals could and should teach businesses how to do business right. Customer service was impeccable!Posted on Google
Rachael Guzman211 days agoThis is an amazing place to do your laundry! The laundry mat is clean and the staff is friendly, especially Wyatt. The machines are new and it's easy to pay, which makes it a great experience. I am traveling through from Florida. My friends recommended this place to me and I'm glad I came.Posted on Google
Beast Mode214 days agoEasy enough to do several loads. Easy to use machines and get my laundry super clean. For 4 loads 2 of them rugs only I spend about $25 to wash and dry. Its never been super busy, but always clean, music from the 90s and before so easy to bop along till the laundry is done. No one just hanging out or stalking people who have quarters. The doors I have to say could be electronic. Very difficult to maneuver if you have several loads, soap etc. I have always had state of the art laundry at home and until I do again, this is as close as it gets. Minus the doors. Some laundry mats have nice automatic doors that open wide so you can get in with all your laundry and feel welcomed with ease of use. One is on Circle and Powers they have a card system too and an amazing taco truck on Thurs, Fri, Sat and maybe Sunday. You also get a $10 card when you sign up. Nice people at both locations.Posted on Google

Shelby247 days agoFirst time to the lounge and it Was your expected experience at a laundromat everybody kind of sticks to themselves sitting in the chairs. the open floor it was easy to maneuver the The rolling hampers .. five dollars for a small washer. I felt like it was really small for five dollars. I feel like Top Loaders are bigger And I found them cheaper elsewhere. Then you have The option to upgrade to a seven dollar a load washer, which is pretty Decent sizedd. I’d say the best part of my experience was dealing with the employee Jesse. The young man was extremely knowledgeable And even offered me a free laundry bag with their logo on it (Really good Material). Th 5 stars Comes from my experience with Jesse I would’ve rated it three stars otherwisePosted on Google

Elizabeth Erickson294 days agoThis is my first time here, and it was a great experience. The gal working the desk was extremely helpful and give me a full rundown of the place, discount days, and how full to load the machines. There’s an app to digitally pay and the machines take quarters. The quarter machines take $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. I had literally a month’s worth of laundry, towels, linen, and bedding from moving and got it all washed, dried, and folded in under 2 hours. 10/10 will be coming back!Posted on Google

Casey C488 days agoThis is the best out of the four laundries I’ve been to in Colorado Springs. The machines are super clean, six years new. More than enough genuinely friendly staff - community/family feel. Only $5 to wash and dry one double load. Not too busy. More than enough machines. This is comparable to the brand new high tech Speed Queen Princess Laundry in Lincoln, NE - but you don’t need a smartphone to do your laundry :)Posted on Google

Lindsay Lewandowski754 days agoI have been coming to the Laundry Lounge on Pikes Peak for almost 3 years now and refuse to go anywhere else! It is always clean, machines are always in order, they have good deal days, resources available (at cost) if you forget yours - it happens! But most importantly, the staff have been amazing. I come generally the same days every week and it makes a huge difference to be recognized, greeted, and made to feel welcome. Teena and Bruce are always there on my laundry days and will chat with me between my work meetings, they have made laundry less of a chore and more of something I look forward to each week! In this world we could all use a little of that :)Posted on Google

Jose Renteria797 days ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walking into Laundry Lounge was like stepping into an oasis of cleanliness and comfort. The space sparkled with an immaculate shine, reflecting the dedication to detail that is rare to find. The atmosphere was inviting and serene, making the chore of laundry feel almost enjoyable. The abundance of washing and drying machines ensured that there was never a wait, and each machine was impeccably maintained. What truly set this place apart, however, were the young ladies working this evening. Their friendliness and warmth transformed a simple laundromat visit into a delightful experience. Always ready with a smile and eager to assist, they brought a personal touch that elevated the service to a whole new level. Coupled with the cozy atmosphere, Laundry Lounge provided a haven where laundry woes could be left behind. Truly, the best laundromat experience I’ve ever had!Posted on Google
Bea W.799 days agoBeen using this laundry mat for over a year. It's honestly one of the nicest ones we have ever been to! Always very clean, often they have discounts/sales, & The staff is beyond amazing! We usually talk to the same employee lady every time & she is always so beyond kind & helpful. If you have to go out to do laundry, this is probably going to be the best place to do it! They even play awesome music, mostly early 2000s & 80s/90s hits we all love. Very nice atmosphere in general. Love This place!Posted on Google

B DeAnda819 days agoTo STEVE WICKE who posted a ridiculous review, I was there when the attendant asked for your ticket, not sure why you're so mad about that, you should be happy they're not just giving out clothes to whom ever. Also their appearance was not sloppy at all, not sure what you want them to wear, formal wear!? And what they were eating is none of your concern, you're clearly not cultured and think you have some type of privilege. I watch these ladies work hard for hours upon hours while I'm doing my laundry I think it's totally fine they stop to eat whatever they want. Thank you ladies for your wonderful service, you are appreciated. It's hard to find hard working people these days, specially after seeing how customers treat you guys.Posted on Google

Janielle Vigil1055 days ago@kaleb s. That is a very false and bold accusation as I just seen you at this location. I was transferring clothes to the dryer and overheard your conversation with the manager as you walked in with 4 full baskets of clothes after the last load call at 8:45 she nicely explained to you that there will be not enough time due to You arriving after the allowed loading time and was unable to wash 4 loads due to timing. It seems as if you were upset that on your part you arrived late and was unable to wash. No need to bash an amazing employee or business on your fault. As my experience was the exact opposite. I was greeted with a smile by all employees and felt very welcome. This establishment was very clean and well organized and I will definitely be coming back. @kaleb come during normal business hours and you won't be disappointed!Posted on Google
