Steffanie Hobelman263 days agoWhile waiting for our washing machine to be repaired, we needed to do a few loads to get through the week. This location was close to home, clean, and quiet. Will definitely return to wash larger items, like comforters and blankets.Posted on Google
Kenneth W. Brown265 days agoI have used the South side Laundry Lounge location numerous times. This is the first time I've been to this spot. Spacious, clean, available machines. On Wednesdays, the 20 lb washers cost just $2 + for your water temperature you'll have to pay additional fee for warm, & hot water selection. After visiting this location for some time, I now have some amazing conversations w/ numerous people here. Laundry, & socialization. Generally great staff on duty.Posted on Google

Chelsea Mischek273 days agoThey make me feel unwelcome, twice now ā¦ The place is clean, washers work, and dryers are awesome! They dry super fast. The free coffee is nothing special, but it is nice that itās offered š¤·š»āāļø The only downside is that if the employees donāt know you, they act like you are invading their homeā¦. I literally say thank you and goodnight every timeā¦ every time the lady looks at me over her glasses and stares in silence and her son (Iām assuming) just stays silent as well. Meanwhile someone they know gets smiles and small talkā¦ Definitely could work on their customer service and unfriendly nature. Iām going elsewhere, I gave them another chance, but I will not spend my money where they are ungrateful and rude while I give them my businessā¦ especially when their prices are not specialPosted on Google

Kentucky Trader284 days agoI haven't used a laundromat in 20 years or more. This one is definitely a big change from the past. It has plenty of machines, including the large size for comforters, blankets etc. There are plenty of rolling carts and folding tables. Free Wi-Fi and it was quite clean. I saw an attendant wiping down machines and keeping everything clean and neat. I would definitely go back here.Posted on Google

Michelle Lobato299 days agoWe used this laundry facility in order to wash our 8 x 10 washable floor rug We were concerned to put that big of an item in our home washer This laundry mat had several extra large washers and dryers. This worked great for us. Most importantly it was really clean and the washer were well taken care of there was also staff inside to answer questions and help It was easy to get change or use another card system. They have to buy credit. Iāll definitely come back when I need to wash my oversized items again. If I needed a facility to wash and dry my every day things, I would not hesitate to come here.Posted on Google
